About the event

Parenting isn’t easy. Even the most patient caregivers can feel overwhelmed when challenging behaviors take over, turning everyday moments into stressful ones instead of meaningful connections.
Join child clinical psychologist Lauren Hauck, PhD, for a one-hour session designed to bring clarity and confidence back into your parenting. Dr. Hauck will introduce a straightforward, research-supported method that helps parents create calmer routines, reduce power struggles, and strengthen relationships with their children.
During the presentation, she will walk participants through the core principles of 1-2-3 Magic, the widely acclaimed discipline approach developed by psychologist Dr. Thomas Phelan. You’ll learn how this model supports effective behavior management for children ages 2–12 — and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and explore how the strategies can work in your own home.
