Join us for a calming and empowering virtual session designed to help women reconnect with themselves and restore balance in their daily lives. Led by Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Jaleesa Pirtle, this interactive program will introduce simple yet effective breathing and grounding techniques to support emotional well-being and stress reduction.
In the midst of busy schedules, caregiving responsibilities, and constant demands, many women find themselves disconnected from their own needs, thoughts, and bodies. This session creates space to slow down, reflect, and gently explore the internal experiences we often push aside.
Participants will be guided through breathwork and mindfulness-based practices aimed at regulating the nervous system, increasing self-awareness, and promoting a greater sense of calm and clarity. The session will also include a thoughtful conversation on what it means to create balance across different areas of life, along with practical tools to help participants reclaim their time, energy, and well-being.
