Coffee, Conversation and CEUs is a monthly, professional education series sponsored by Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital, Hartgrove Behavioral Health System and Mental Health America of Illinois (MHAI).


As gambling opportunities continue to expand across the country, behavioral health professionals are increasingly likely to encounter individuals and families experiencing gambling-related harm—whether or not gambling is the primary reason they seek support.

This free Coffee, Conversation & CEUs session will help mental and behavioral health professionals better recognize when gambling may be affecting a client’s mental health, relationships, finances, substance use, or overall well-being and provide practical strategies for responding effectively.
