Bringing a new life into the world can be a beautiful journey, but it can also bring unexpected emotional challenges — not just for mothers, but for fathers, as well. Postpartum Depression (PPD) affects everyone in the family, and recognizing the signs early can make all the difference.

After attending this program co-sponsored by MHAI, Hopeful Beginnings, Inner Peace Psychological Care each participant will be able to:

  • Identify the risks and warning signs of postpartum depression

  • Outline effective treatment options and coping strategies

  • Describe how to access support services
