About the event
For many men, "I'm fine" has become the default response—even when life feels anything but.
Whether it's the pressure to provide, succeed, care for others, or simply keep moving forward, many men carry burdens that are rarely discussed. Beyond "I'm Fine" is an honest, judgment-free conversation about men's mental wellness, resilience, and the realities of navigating life's challenges.
Join Dr. Juvenal George, licensed clinical psychologist of George Psychology, PLLC; James Callahan, MSW, LSW, CHC, psychiatric social worker and Mental Health America of Illinois Board Member; and Maagic Collins, author, behavioral health specialist, artist, and mental health podcaster, as they share professional insight, personal perspectives, and practical strategies for supporting men's well-being.
Together, they'll explore topics including:
The pressures and expectations many men experience
Recognizing when stress, anger, loneliness, or burnout may be signs that something isn't "fine"
